Techno music for Meditative States

Why should music for meditation need to be ambient, "world" music, or the sound of raindrops falling?Of course there is nothing wrong with that.
But here is something different. Acid, Techno, Doomcore, psychedelic, electronic, danceable sounds.

Instructions on how to use them:

They are intended to be played loud or silent, while you dance yourself into a meditative, trance, hypnagogic state.

They are suitable for this, because the tracks are based on monotonous, repetitive, hypnotic sequences.
There are slight variations to these "loops" over time (and sometimes quite drastic one).

Because of this super-structure, there are several ways on how you can utilize these tracks for a meditative state.

1. dance

"go with the flow", just let the sound waves wash over you. and surrender to the movements of your body - i am certain your body will find its own way to respond to these frequencies. And while the body does its thing and switches to "cruise control", your mind has a much needed chance to rest for a while.

2. repetitive motion

As the tracks have a repetitive superstructure you can use a repetitive motion yourself.
For example, take a small spherical object into your hand (like a small ball) and roll it around or squeeze it, in the same rhythm as the beats of the tracks. you can also lie down while doing this, and so on.

3. just lie down and relax

4. find other ways yourself!

a word of note:

as this is acid / doomcore, and sometimes "rough" techno, this is music that might come up strong.
so these meditative trips might be different from a regular yoga session or similar...

tracks 1 and 4 are more "soft" and tracks 2 and 3 are more "rough".

this was all done with the best intentions. but use all of this at your own "risk"! if too-powerful music gives you sensory overload - then turn down that noise.

and i'd love to hear some reports / accounts of people who use this release as it is intended, and what kind of trance/meditation states they managed to get into.
