Story behind this picture: Multipara asked all the artists involved in the "Biophilia Allstars" 2x12" (Christoph de Babalon, Society Suckers, Sonic Subjunkies...) to send in a photo of themselves.
It was 1998, I was on no budget, had no decent camera, so I borrowed an old, nearly defunct polaroid thing from the 60s or 70s, and then shot myself in my bedroom.
Multipara put all our pictures on a sheet that came with the record then, together with additional information and other weird stuff.
Oh yeah I tried for the "androgynous and nerdy" look on that picture, to set a counterpoint to all that ultra-macho sentiment in the Hardcore & Gabber scene at that point.
